Gli Oscar, ecco tutte le nominations.

(Piano sequenza) Annunciate oggi le nomination per gli Oscar: George Clooney fa tombola con il suo Michael Clayton, che si accaparra un soprendente numero di preferenze (ben sei, superato solo dalle otto di No Country for Old Men dei fratelli Cohen e di There Will Be Blood di Paul Thomas Anderson).

Niente da fare per La Sconosciuta del nostro Tornatore nella categoria miglior film straniero, l'orgoglio italiano è portato avanti da Dario Marianelli, fresco vincitore del globes e nominato per la colonna sonora di Atonement. Bene anche Juno (pellicola vincitrice del RomaFilmFest); tra gli attori Cate Blanchett prenota almeno una statuina con la sua doppia nomination, a (gradita) sopresa opportunità anche per Tommy Lee Jones.
Scandaloso disinteresse nei confronti di Eastern Promises (unica nomination per Mortensen come attore non protagonista).
